1911	Opening of the new Melbourne Benevolent Asylum on the corner of Warrigal and Heatherton Roads in Cheltenham.
1921	The Asylum is renamed Kingston Centre.
19??/2000	Establishment of the Paediatric Continence Clinic and the Paediatric Urodynamics Unit.
1995	Kingston Centre is integrated into the new Southern Health Care Network, which continues to operate as Southern Health today
