About ChAT
The Children’s Asthma Team (ChAT) is a HARP (Hospital Admission Risk Program) funded asthma education program for children and their families. This program services the wider Southern Health Community with educators based across 3 community health services - Cranbourne, Dandenong and Parkdale. The ChAT educates families about asthma. This session is an overview which covers what is asthma, triggers, recognising symptoms, medications, drug delivery and action plans (incorporating first aid).Referrals
