Southern Health has produced a brochure, "Your Rights and Responsibilities", which outlines your rights and responsibilities as a consumer of health care services at Monash Children's.These brochures are readily available at all the hospitals. If you would like further information or a copy of the brochure, please ask the ward clerk for a copy.
