Feedback

During or after your child's stay, you may wish to provide feedback to the Hospital with respect to the treatment and care your child received, or any other observations you have made during their admission. We welcome all feedback, both positive and negative, as it is viewed as an opportunity to conduct a review of the services and procedures that we offer. If you have a concern that you wish to discuss with someone, please speak to the Nurse Unit Manager on your ward who will be happy to assist and, if able, resolve the issue with you immediately.
