If running late
Please contact our office if you are running late for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your visit.
Your wait
The waiting area is equipped with magazines and children’ books. Parental supervision is required in the waiting area.
What to bring
Outside clinical documentation, including laboratory results, radiology films/reports, or clinical information requested upon your return visit. Also remember to bring new insurance information and your parking ticket to be validated each time.
After your visit
Should your symptoms worsen or you have questions regarding surgery, follow-up or medication, please call our hospital and ask receptionist to connect your call to paediatric surgical registrar on call. We have office staff available to answer your questions during normal business hours. If your child's symptoms should worsen during the time our office is closed, please bring your child to the emergency department. Please feel free to contact us for any reason. We are happy to help.
