Progress reports
Staff are often inundated with well wishers and concerned family members calling to seek a progress report on our patients. Unfortunately, our nursing staff cannot always be specific about the patient’s condition as it is important to ensure that their confidentiality is maintained. We would ask that you nominate one family representative to contact the hospital and to then relay the information to other family members. This will ensure that our focus remains on the care and support of the child and immediate family.
