Ritchie Centre for Baby Health Research

Collaboration between Monash Children’s and its medical research partners is epitomised by the current research activities in the Melbourne Children’s Sleep Centre, Monash Newborn and the Ritchie Centre for Baby Health Research at Monash Institute.

The research covers aspects as diverse as the consequences of pre-term birth, the mechanisms involved in Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and the long term consequences of sleep disordered breathing in children.

This research has significant funding from the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC).
