"Our Ronald McDonald House at Monash Medical Centre Clayton is one of only two such facilities in Victoria.  Opened on 24 April 1993, the House is one of just 13 in Australia.  Since opening, thousands of families, averaging 500 each year, have stayed with many returning 20, 30, 50 times for subsequent treatment.  This has resulted in over 6,000 bed-night stays per year - an amazing record."
